New Patients

At this time, Dr. Mindy Bixby is accepting new patients.

Many patient consultations are scheduled with Talia Tomasin, PA-C, under the management and supervision of Dr. Mindy Bixby.

Established Patients

Established patients may request routine follow-up appointments with Dr. Bixby if they are due for follow-up care. Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled 3, 4, or 6 months after your last visit.

If you have been seen within the last 3 months, your appointment request with Dr. Bixby will not be confirmed.

Medication Adjustments

All medication adjustments, medication management visits, and new or worsening symptoms are currently being managed by Talia Tomasin, PA-C, under the management and supervision of Dr. Mindy Bixby.
